Wow, it works great!
It really can't replace washing clothes in a summary because it doesn't drain water and do washing and spinning. . . It washes the clothes with detergent and then you have to manually wash them from the detergent. . . Ours is used for dirty clothes from children's food that needs a preliminary wash with detergent, and then they go into the regular machine with the rest of the laundry.
